These Terms of Service govern your use of Royal Funnels, a DBA of Loan Brook, Inc., and its managed website and lead follow-up services. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Royal Funnels, a DBA of Loan Brook, Inc., provides a managed website, hosting, missed-call text back, lead follow-up, Google review-request automation, and lead management for a monthly subscription of $297/month. You are purchasing the Royal Funnels managed service, not software or a technical platform.
Subscription and Billing
Your subscription begins when your website launches. You agree to a 3-month commitment, after which you can cancel anytime. Payment is charged monthly in advance. If you cancel, your service continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to SMS messaging, users may receive informational, transactional, and/or promotional messages from Royal Funnels, a DBA of Loan Brook, Inc., including lead-response confirmations, missed-call follow-up, appointment scheduling and reminders, customer-service updates, review requests, service information, and promotional offers. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS participation is intended for users age 18 or older. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, materials, and access needed to build and manage your website. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content on your website and for responding to leads in a timely and professional manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Website and Content
We build and maintain your website based on the information you provide. Reasonable ongoing content updates are included as part of your service. Substantial redesigns or large-scale new builds may be subject to additional agreement.
Reviews and Reputation
Our review-request feature helps you consistently ask customers to share their experience on Google. We do not guarantee any specific rating, review count, or review outcome, and we cannot control what rating a customer chooses to leave.
No Guarantees of Results
While our service is designed to help you respond to leads faster, capture more opportunities, and build your online reputation, we do not guarantee specific lead volume, revenue, return on investment, or business results.
Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our service methods, templates, and tools. You retain ownership of your business name, logo, content, and any materials you provide to us. You grant us a license to use your materials as needed to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Funnels is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
After your 3-month commitment, you may cancel anytime by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your service if you breach these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your website and related services may be deactivated.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
